The freezer is engineered and certified to safely store food in ambient environments of up to 40°C (climate class 5). With GEMS-compliant 5L1 performance, storage temperatures are adjustable via the SKOPE-connect smartphone app from from -21°C to -15°C. The freezer is made from food-safe 304 AISI stainless steel throughout the interior and exterior ensuring durable construction. The 125 mm deep drawers are ideal for storing bulk frozen items such as chips, fish and vegetables, and feature ergonomically designed 3 mm gauge stainless steel handles, and built-in barrel locks. The drawers are also compatible with 1/3 and 1/9 GN pans. The 765 mm deep cabinet with a full welded integrated worktop can be configured to suit multiple installation options. At 845 mm high (to the worktop),

it provides the option to sit under a bench or for standalone use. Optional accessories include a

450 mm high detachable splash back with 2 fry basket channels (suitable for 4 fry baskets), and

a removable drip tray. The energy efficient refrigeration system uses R290 natural refrigerant for

low energy consumption, low heat discharge, and low noise output. The freezer includes a smart controller that connects to the free SKOPE-connect app to enable you to set temperatures and alerts, monitor temperatures and energy, and more. The freezer is certified to all Australian and New Zealand refrigeration and electrical safety standards.
