iCareSystem AutoDose:
iCareSystem AutoDose is the integrated storage system for cleaner and care cartridges for selected iCombi Pro units. The cartridges are safely sealed, no requirement to touch chemicals or fill by hand, refill chemicals do not have to be stored, and incorrect dosing is impossible. There is no need for time-consuming preparations for cleaning, such as picking up cleaner tabs, putting on safety equipment, starting cleaning. Everything for thorough cleanliness, impeccable hygiene, more occupational safety and yet lower costs.

The Rational iCombi Pro 101 combi oven offers a wide range of self-cooking and combi oven modes for different foods and cooking styles so is ideal for high-output restaurants and food services. Fully gastronorm compatible, the oven can accommodate up to ten 1/1 pans making it perfect for quick transfer between appliances and produce between 80 to 150 meals per day.

Forget space consuming cooking appliances and let the iCombi Pro do the work. In less than 1m², meat, fish, poultry, vegetables and baked goods are produced with efficiency and ease. The iCombi Pro can take up to 50% bigger loads than its predecessor, requires 10% less energy and saves 10% in energy whilst still delivery excellent and consistent cooking results.

The iDensityControl system controls the climate ensuring you get perfect results every time and miminise energy consumption whilst the iCookingSuite offers the flexiblility to achieve reproducible high quality food again and again. When it comes to cleaning the oven, the clever iCareSytem regularly monitors dirt build up and proposes the ideal cleaning set up and chemicals required at the appropriate time.
